Standard Shipping:

1. Your order leaves our warehouse within 1-2 business days.
2. You are expected to receive your order within 5 - 7 business days from the day we ship your order.
3. Unfortunately, we have no control over the progress of your delivery once order has left our warehouse with Australia Post.

Express Post:

1. Your order leaves our warehouse within 1-2 business days
2. You are expected to receive your order within 1 - 3 business days from the day we ship your order.
3. Unfortunately, we have no control over the progress of your delivery once order has left our warehouse with Australia Post.

All prices are Australia wide no exclusions

All packages must be signed for upon delivery. If you are not at home when your order is delivered, it will be taken to the nearest Post Office and must be collected from there.

Any orders returned to us due to non-acceptance by the recipient on basis of local customs charges will be subject to additional shipping charges to redeliver the order.
